The "Shanhu" brand SZ dual amplitude vibrating screen is a new type of vibration screening equipment independently developed by our company. SZ double amplitude circular vibrating screen is mainly suitable for industries such as coal, metallurgy, mining, power generation, building materials industry, water conservancy engineering, light industry, and chemical industry. A high-efficiency screening machine for grading loose materials such as coal, ore, and coke.

The motion of the vibrating screen is driven by an electric motor through a triangular belt to drive two pairs of umbrella gears. The two pairs of umbrella gears are connected by a universal coupling to ensure absolute synchronization. The two pairs of umbrella gears drive two vibration exciters with eccentric mass through a soft coupling, causing the screen box to vibrate. The motion trajectory of the screen box is elliptical.

The vibrating screen is composed of a screen box, an umbrella gear transmission mechanism, a vibrator, a spring damping device, an electric motor, and a supporting base frame. As shown in Figure 1. The sieve box is connected with advanced ring groove rivets to form a frame structure. The umbrella gear transmission mechanism is composed of two pairs of umbrella gears, a gearbox, a universal coupling, a bracket, etc. The vibrator is composed of an eccentric shaft and an eccentric block. The spring damping device adopts rubber soft spiral springs.
